We’re proud to showcase this Onelife Fitness Durham-Chapel Hill project, completed in partnership with R W Smith Company. Located at 3420 SW Durham Drive in Durham, NC, within the Patterson Place Shopping Center, this 58,000-square-foot tenant fit-out transformed an existing retail space into a modern, full-service fitness facility. The new club features extensive workout and group fitness areas, an indoor saltwater pool, spa and recovery amenities, a cold plunge, locker rooms, boxing and functional training areas, and dedicated recovery spaces.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to have our team provide a comprehensive scope of construction services, including all metal framing, interior and exterior drywall, and interior and exterior construction throughout the facility. Our team focused on precision, efficiency, and quality craftsmanship across this large-scale commercial project, helping transform the existing space into a state-of-the-art fitness destination.

Located in the University area of Charlotte, NC, this marked our first collaboration together, successfully delivered in Fall 2023.
